WJ41H Bellows Seal Globe Valve
Double-Seal Design for Zero Leakage
The bellows seal combined with packing provides a dual sealing mechanism, ensuring robust, leak-proof performance even in demanding applications.
Hard-Alloy Overlay Seats for Wear & Corrosion Resistance
The disc is rigidly fixated to prevent fluttering and wear during operation, ensuring stable long-term performance.
Nitrided Stem for Superior Sliding Performance
The stem undergoes nitriding surface treatment to provide excellent sliding and frictionresistance characteristics, ensuring smooth operation and long service life.
Suitable for High-Pressure, High-Temperature and Corrosive Media
The bellows seal globe valve is specifically designed for harsh environments, providing reliable sealing and control in highpressure, high-temperature, and corrosive media.
Compact Structure with Low Maintenance Cost
With a compact design and bellows protecting the stem and packing, the valve requires minimal maintenance, reducing downtime and operating costs.

- Application Conditions
High-Temperature & High-Pressure Systems
Suitable for steam, hot oil and high-pressure hot/cold water systems where sealing reliability is critical.
Corrosive Media & Hazardous Fluids
Used in chemical, petrochemical, gas transport and hazardous media services where leak-proof sealing is required.
High-Cycle or Frequent Operation Systems
Designed for frequent cycling or emergency shutdown services with long lifecycle requirements.
Vacuum or Low-Temperature Environments
Capable of handling vacuum, cryogenic or extremely low-temperature conditions while maintaining hermetic sealing.
Critical Safety or Environmental Compliance Situations
Ideal for applications requiring fugitive emissions control, environmental safety or strict leak-proof standards.
- Typical Installation Locations
Pump Discharge
Installed immediately downstream of the pump discharge; used for pump isolation, maintenance operations and prevention of backflow or fugitive emissions.
Next to Heat Exchanger
Located adjacent to heat exchangers or thermal-oil systems; ideal for high-temperature and high-pressure service with demanding sealing requirements.
Steam or Condensate Line
Used in steam or condensate pipelines where high pressure, high temperature, and frequent operation are present.
Hazardous/ Toxic Media Isolation
Employed as a key isolation mechanism in chemical, petrochemical or other hazardous fluid circuits to ensure zero leakage.
Cryogenic / Vacuum Service Line
Applicable for cryogenic or vacuum service lines where conventional packing might fail.

- Selection Guideline Table
Project | Suggested explanation |
Pipe Size Matching | It is generally recommended that the nominal diameter of the valve match that of the pipeline. For small diameters of PVC / , it is recommended to be of the same size or one size smaller. |
Flow Rate & Pressure Drop | Determine the maximum/minimum flow rate and allowable pressure drop of the system, and calculate the Cv value; Select the model that meets or is better than the Cv . |
Temperature & Pressure Rating | Check whether the materials of the valve body, bellows, valve seat, etc. can withstand the highest temperature and highest pressure in the working conditions. |
Media Type | If the medium is corrosive, steam, gas or toxic, it is recommended to choose a corrugated pipe structure and select corrosion-resistant materials. |
Installation Orientation | It is better for the valve stem to be vertically upward. Try to avoid upside down and side installation to ensure the service life of the corrugated pipe and facilitate maintenance. |
Operating & Maintenance Space | Make sure there is sufficient operating space near the handwheel or actuator. When replacing corrugated pipes, there should be disassembly space. |
Testing Process
From raw materials to finished products, NORITE maintains 100% testing coverage, ensuring that every valve and pump you receive is built to last — safe, stable, and globally certified.
